My extracurricular activities and hobbies I do in my spare time
RoboNotts
Nottingham's Robotics Competition Team
"The ROBONOTTS team is a unique student and early career researcher collaborative, bringing together a range of skills and disciplines dedicated to developing creative and cutting-edge cyber-physical healthcare and assistive robotics solutions."
I am proud to have been selected this year from a small group of computer scientists and mechanical engineers to represent University of Nottingham in robotics. This marks the start of my robotics journey and I am excited to share my experiences!

F1Tenth
There are several fascinating teams under RoboNotts, from healthcare assistant robots to search-and-rescue dogs. The team I have selected is F1Tenth!
"F1TENTH is an international community of researchers, engineers, and autonomous systems enthusiasts." The name comes from building a 1/10th scale F1 car, and designing it as an autonomous vehicle system. And this isn't just for show! There are several competitions held every year across the globe, spanning from Japan to the US and between. All with the amazing opportunity to race against other team's cars.
I cannot wait to delve into the world of autonomous systems with my F1Tenth team. (Click here for F1Tenth website!)
Powerlifting
My dedication in powerlifting started around two years ago. What started as an activity that I forced myself to do to "be more productive", has now become an important part of my life. It has taught me discipline, perseverance, and to love difficulty and struggle. What I love most about powerlifting is how rewarding it can feel, especially when seeing your hard work pay off. Truly the epitome of "no pain, no gain".
